Manager/Senior Manager, System Support, Sales

Key accountabilitiesSystem Projects/Enhancements Identify and establish requirements for system enhancement to meet operation needs.Work with internal and external parties on system projects, define, and ensure user requirements stated in the clear manner.Lead User Acceptance Test (UAT) for all System enhancements / New systems.Develop new Dealer management system for Sales HQ & Outlets.System Support Guide outlet users daily end to end vehicle sales processes and problem rectification.Investigate the issues highlighted by users in order to provide appropriate solutions for issues highlighted.Assist system operation on any discrepancies in reports by rectifying wrongly. Update system for issues that requires rectification.System Training Plan and lead team in conducting trainings for all system users. Job RequirementsEducation Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field is required.Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain and System Support.Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent in Sales Process, and System Development process know how.Ability to analyze issues, identify root cause, troubleshooting, and implement effective, solutions to address issues.Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to manage projects within given resources and timeline. Personal Attributes: Self initiative, Ability to work extra miles and able to work beyond the working hours when required.
