Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to promote our brand and services.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Malaysia Airlines Berhad
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and events
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Manage social media platforms and engage with customers online
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist in coordinating with external agencies and vendors for marketing projects
- Provide support in organizing and attending promotional events and exhibitions
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people management and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
