Job Description:
YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang, MY. This role is perfect for an entry-level candidate who is adaptable, driven, and eager to learn. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities- Help organize and execute promotional events and campaigns- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- A team player with a cooperative attitude- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic graphic design tools- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
