Marketing Assistant (Intern)

Responsibilities: Respondto customer inquiries promptly andprofessionally.Preparecostings and quotations forcustomers.Handleall related documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, andproforma invoices.Coordinatewith various departments regarding order status, product design,and other relatedmatters.Supportthe marketing team and manager in various phases of sales andmarketing efforts.Requirements: Currentlypursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,Communication, or a relatedfield.Recentgraduates with a diploma or certification in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related field are alsowelcome.Proficiencyin MS Office.Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.Strongteam player with a customer-orientedapproach.
