**Job Description:**

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our innovative marketing team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Content Creation:**
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, and social media content.
- Conduct research to ensure the content is relevant, accurate, and aligns with company objectives.

2. **Social Media Management:**
- Help manage the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that promote engagement and brand awareness.

3. **Market Research:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that will inform marketing strategies.

4. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring that all deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

5. **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing team about campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.

6. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including database management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing files.
- Support the marketing team in organizing materials for presentations and meetings.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a financial services environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative in tasks.
- Hardworking: Committed to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
