Your Adventure Ahead
Organize and coordinate communication materials for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including ShopBack App & Web, CRM, social media, and external paid channels.
Create compelling content and manage our brands' social media accounts.
Collaborate closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
Schedule onsite assets and ensure optimal exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team.
Manage and maintain assets on various platforms, including the ShopBack App and Web.
Investigate and proactively resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Optimize platform assets, regularly analyze website performance and data, and share key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team.
Support UI/UX enhancement projects and digital touchpoints to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Take on additional ad hoc projects as necessary to support marketing initiatives.
Essentials to Succeed
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders in the market.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content and manage social media accounts effectively.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to address operational issues efficiently.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive & Agile working mentality
Candidates with advanced Excel skills are preferred.
