Marketing Associate

Job Description: Marketing Associate RF Station Sdn. Bhd. (RFS), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating engaging content, managing campaign performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team on various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.Conduct competitor and audience research to support strategic insights.Create content for marketing materials and social platforms.Analyze and report on campaign performance.Support other marketing projects as needed.Requirements: Diploma in Marketing or a related field.0-2 years of marketing experience or relevant internship.Strong communication skills and proficiency with social media and content tools (e.g., Canva).Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing.Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and in a team.
