Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building our brand image, creating engaging content for our merchants, assisting in website creation and internal marketing collateral. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong communication skills and a passion for E-Commerce.
What Are the Responsibilities: Brand Building
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's brand image and market presence. Maintain brand consistency across all Marketing materials and channels. Monitor and respond to comments, messages and inquiries across social media platforms, fostering a strong and interactive online community. Merchant Engagement
Create and deliver content tailored to our merchant community including success stories, tips and best practices. Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication with merchants. Monitor and respond to merchant feedback to improve content relevance and effectiveness. Internal Marketing Collateral & Digital Marketing
Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers and tracking performance metrics. Ensure all internal marketing collateral aligns with the company's brand and messaging. Market Research
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer preferences. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for Marketing strategies. Stay ahead of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies to enhance brand awareness. Reporting and Analytics
Track and report on key performance indicators for various marketing activities. Prepare regular reports to monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and maintaining databases. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 2-3 years hands on experience in Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube etc. Proficient in using Social Media management tools and analytic platforms to track and measure campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Work Schedule:
