We are currently looking for active candidate to fill into the Marketing/Brand Manager position.
Responsibilities:
Marketing/Brand Manager must possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and leadership ability, along with a deep understanding of marketing principles and techniques. This role is critical in driving the company's growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
1. Strategic Planning and Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities while keeping up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and voice.
- Develop brand positioning and messaging to maintain consistency in branding.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
3. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns.
4. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on financial performance related to marketing activities.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Direct to Consumer and Product Development.
- Foster a collaborative environment to achieve marketing objectives.
6. Product Launches and Promotions:
- Plan and execute product launches, including pre-launch activities and post-launch analysis.
- Develop promotional activities to drive sales and awareness.
- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure alignment.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
- Use data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements: Possess Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or its equivalentMinimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing especially from FMCG or similar industries.Proven track record in developing innovative and original ideasExperience with and understanding in market research Demonstrate proficiency in communication, strategic thinking and adaptabilityHaving experience in managerial role who led team or having direct subordinate in the departmentDemonstrate strong analytical and project management skillsRequired for reporting to work at Damansara and/or Rawang office
