Job Overview: The Marketing Communication Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote the college's programs, events, and brand. This role includes content creation, graphic design, video production, and management of digital and print media. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling through visual and written content, while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase college visibility and attract prospective students.Content creation: Create and edit compelling content for the college's website, brochures, social media, newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials.Graphic design: Design eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, digital ads, and social media graphics using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI applications).Video production: Plan, shoot, and edit short video clips for promotional campaigns, social media, and event highlights. This includes creating storyboards, capturing footage, and producing final cuts.Social media management: Manage the college's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging content to drive engagement and reach marketing goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Graphic design skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• Video production skills: Experience in filming, editing, and producing short video clips (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
