Marketing Communications Executive

-Strategy Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to create marketing communication strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.


-Content Creation: Develop compelling content for a variety of channels, including internal collateral, website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.


-Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication materials.


-Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis of performance metrics.


-Digital Marketing: Leverage digital tools and platforms to boost online visibility, increase traffic, and drive lead generation.


-Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including managing award submissions, deadlines, and event participation.


-Market Research: Conduct research and competitor analysis to stay on top of industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.


-Event Coordination: Organize and support marketing events, project photoshoots, and company activities to generate high-quality content.


-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to effectively utilize resources and produce impactful content.


-Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

; Requirements:-


- Education: Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.


-Experience: 2-3 years in marketing communications, preferably in a similar industry.


-Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.


-Creative and Analytical: A creative thinker with a talent for generating innovative ideas and using analytics tools to measure success.


-Writing Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, persuasive content.


-Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.


-Organizational Skills: Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


-Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaboration abilities, capable of working with both internal and external stakeholders.
