Marketing Executive plays a vital role in Indoor Sales Support, prepare documentation for pre-sales & post-sales procedure. Job Responsibilities: Prepare the Quotation from BQ with considering all the special spec or items price adjustmentMonitoring the stock of printed catalog, standard samples and corporate gift stockIssue corporate letters for sales & marketing related issue.Update the marketing inquiries monitoring GS statusNotify KA receival of PO.Ensure all the PO details are updated by KA before save into system.Circulate hardcopy of PO to related departmentCheck the missing unit rate in PO with KA and propose to customer.Prepare SOC after receiving the approved BOQBooking Hotel for customer visits Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business/ Admin/ Marketing or related field of studies.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing or related field.Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially Excel/Powerpoint/Words, business correspondence writing, good interpersonal skillPreferably candidates with good communication and follow up tasks given.Candidate who is able to converse and write in Mandarin will be an advantage for China market.5 Day work week.
