- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.-2-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role, ideally within the motherhood, parenting, or children's events space.-Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and KPI.-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging storytelling.-Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems is a plus.-High level of creativity and attention to detail
