Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support tothe Marketing department, including managing filing systems,handling emails, typing documents, and assisting with officetasks.Prepare and maintain sales-relateddocuments throughout the sales process, including proposals,contracts, quotations, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with company standards.Handlefinance-related tasks by initiating Purchase Requisitions (PR) andprocessing Purchase Orders (PO), collaborating closely with thefinance team to ensure timely and efficient procurementprocesses.Coordinate with internal teams toensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers,maintaining effective communication channels to address anydelivery issues or concerns.Assist in thepreparation and processing of registration documents, such asimport-export documentation, Food Classification, and Halalcertification, adhering to regulatory requirements and industrystandards.Develop and implement effectivecustomer retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction andloyalty.Analyze customer data and behavior toidentify trends and insights that inform retentionstrategies.Perform data entry and analysistasks to support marketing initiatives, including organizing andinterpreting marketing data to inform decision-makingprocesses.Maintain departmental documents andfiling systems, ensuring that all records are up-to-date,organized, and easily accessible for referencepurposes.Review and edit various files,including contracts and marketing materials, to ensure accuracy,consistency, and adherence to companyguidelines.Review and update technicaldocuments, guidelines, and workflow processes as needed to ensurecompliance with industry standards and bestpractices.Conduct market analysis activitiesto identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in targetmarkets, providing valuable insights to support strategicdecision-making.Prepare ad-hoc reports onmarketing projects and initiatives as required, presenting findingsand recommendations to relevantstakeholders.Assist the Marketing Manager inimplementing marketing plans across various channels, includingwebsite management, social media marketing, and advertisingcampaigns.Assist in organizing and attendingtrade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcaseOEM health food products.Undertake any otherduties as assigned by the Marketing Manager to support departmentalobjectives and priorities.JobRequirements: Degree in Dietetic/ Nutrition / any Sciencefield.Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysiaand Chinese, both written and verbal.Strongskills in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel,PowerPoint.Detail-oriented with the ability tomanage multiple tasks effectively under tightdeadlines.Excellent organizational, andcommunication skills.Creative thinking,resourceful, honest, disciplined, committed, problem solving& proactive.Passion for health andwellness, with a genuine interest in promoting healthy lifestylechoices through quality foodproducts.Flexibility and adaptability andability to multitask and prioritize dailyworkload.Able to work independently underpressure and tight deadlines.Proactive andadaptable team player with a willingness to learn and contribute toteam success.Ability to work independently aswell as part of a team.Willingness to traveloccasionally for events and meetings, including duringweekends.Possess personalvehicle.
