Responsibilities:
Execute Marketing Campaigns : Develop marketing tools and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and identity.
Social Media Management : Manage and grow social media accounts to enhance visibility, engagement, and organizational presence.
Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to drive effective marketing initiatives.
Event Planning : Plan, organize, and execute marketing launch events, activities, and roadshows to support product awareness and outreach.
Reporting and Analysis : Prepare detailed marketing campaign reports and maintain the marketing database for tracking performance metrics.
Market Research : Regularly track and analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Sales Support : Assist in sales activities and work closely with the sales team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
Excellent command of both oral and written Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Independent, results-driven, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets.
Proactive, dynamic, and a good team player.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
