Marketing Executive

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY ANDAUTHORITY : To manage the sales promotions, campaignsand branding to ensure that the returns for these investments andspending must be generating value and profitability to theCompany.Participating in product development,pricing and supporting new productlaunching.Promote and create content for thecompany's website, and all social media platforms to maximize brandvisibility to develop strong relationships and engagement withcustomers.Research trends, develop marketing andbusiness strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changesin supply and demand, and identifying customers' current and futureneeds.To conduct a customer engagement surveyto measure customersatisfaction.Lead and manage RFP/RFQ responses toensure corporate objectives aremet.Analyse existing business strategies andprovide recommendations forimprovements.QUALIFICATION ANDEXPERIENCE: Candidatemust possess a minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relatedfield.Must have at least 2 to 3 years ofworking experience in a similarposition.Proven experience in strategicplanning, market research, business development and projectmanagement.With working experience in thelogistics industry would be an addedadvantage.Good communication skills inEnglish.Strong stakeholder management skillsand excellent analytical skills.Self-motivatedwith a result-driven approach.Aptitude indelivering attractivepresentations.
