Achieving target on Non-Motor GWP under Agency business and maintaining 80% renewal business.
Achieving target on collection as stated under key performance indicators.
Soliciting, procuring, and maintaining business from Agents to achieve sales target, profitability, and sustainability.
Ensuring that agents comply with the CBC requirement within turnaround time from the date of cover note issued.
Following up with Agents on any outstanding premium within turnaround time of premium warranty endorsement for Non-Motor cases.
Soliciting, procuring, and maintaining business from Agency to achieve sales target, profitability, and sustainability.
Ensuring that all bad debts are collected and kept at a minimal and acceptable level.
Developing, participating in, and executing activities such as road shows and campaigns for Agency to ensure commitment and consistently high performance and professionalism.
Undertaking, coordinating, and assisting in Agency recruitments including servicing, training, and development of Agents to ensure commitment and consistently high performance and professionalism.Important to your success:
Degree or Postgraduate in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, Finance, or Economic studies.
Graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High learning agility and work efficiency.
Strong computer application skills, e.g., Microsoft Office or any other system experience is desirable but not necessary.
