JOB REQUIREMENT Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 2-3 years' experience, preferably in retail, F&B or FMCG industry. Proficiency in digital marketing channels , including social media, content marketing, and online advertising. Proficiency in CRM systems and tools for customer data management and analysis. Strong copywriting skills to create engaging and error-free social media posts. Possess knowledge in photography & videography and editing skills Must possess own transport and is willing to travel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Build & launch social media ads and recommend new strategies based on objective campaign Track marketing campaign and digital marketing activities. Providing accurate and timely metrics reports, analysis and insight to to demonstrate the performance and measure ROI. Deal all the membership matter, includes membership data, member day, member privilege, member queries. Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner and enhance corporate image. Work collaboratively with superior for the detailed drafting, planning, coordinating, and presentation of the overall marketing plan for the calendar year. Guide and implement advertising and promotional campaigns Update POS System on new item, price change and promotion Manages the production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing programs. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and web developers to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by supervisor.
