Marketing Executive (Tiktok)

We are seeking a talented TikTok Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic team in Taman Permata, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving our e-commerce presence and brand engagement on the TikTok platform.

Job Scopes: Handle all e-commerce platforms related to new product listings, promotional mechanics, traffic acquisition, sales and conversion.Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms to achieve KPIs.Communicate with other departments on visual and content preparation for e-commerce platforms.Collaborate with the supply chain for demand planning to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Lead, monitor and develop the live host team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving sales goals.Develop and manage the e-commerce (TikTok) budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for marketing campaigns and operational needs.Monitor expenses related to promotions, advertising and logistics, optimizing for better ROI.Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce (TikTok) strategies, focusing on brand positioning and market penetrationMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies effectively.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (TikTok) to promote various kind of products, sales events and brand stories Requirements: Possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business, E- Commerce or equivalent.Have at least 1-3 years working experience in e-commerce.Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimise e-commerce strategies.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing product listings, campaigns, and reports.Be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
