We're currently looking for a full-time position New Business and Marketing Executive to join the family! Responsibilities:-Research, identify and pitch to prospective agencies and brands to achieve company's revenue target.-Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with agencies and brands, ensuring alignment with company goals.-Work closely with internal team to create innovative commercial projects featuring Rusa Music's artist roster and assets.-Lead the implementation and management of brand deals, ensuring flawless execution and delivery. This includes managing relationships with clients, artists and internal stakeholders.-Monitor and analyze the performance of projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future collaborations.-Proactively service agencies and clients, building long term relationships with key stakeholders.-Oversee and manage budgets for projects, ensuring financial efficient and alignment with project goals. -Fluent in both English and BM. It's a bonus if you can converse in Mandarin. -You need to be organised with your work.-You need to dress and look presentable. -Able to drive/travel (will cover petrol and toll).-Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
