Job Responsibility This position is rotational based on theassigned area of responsibilities, providing an opportunity to gaina comprehensive understanding of various roles andoperations. CustomerService Welcomevisitors, provide information and answer questions to enhance theirunderstanding and enjoyment of thecentre.Assist visitors with interactiveactivities, ensure the materials are functioning correctly, andprovide demonstrations when necessary.Handlevisitor inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally andefficiently. Workshopand Education Teachingand engage with participants to ensure an enjoyable and informativeexperience during the workshopsession.Collaborate with the educational teamto ensure content aligns with the company educationalgoals.Bricks/SculptureMaintenance Performroutine cleaning of sculptures asrequired.Assist in maintenance work forsculptures that requires minor maintenance. Program and Event Assist in the coordination and delivery ofspecial events and programs at the centre.Useeffective communication to inform guests of event schedules andactivity details.Safety andAdministration Monitorthe safety of visitors and assign area, report any issues ormalfunctions, and assist in maintaining a clean and safeenvironment.Prepare and carry out dailyopening and closing of the centre.Job Requirements SPM/STPM, Diploma, Bachelor'sDegreeGood in BM and EnglishlanguageAbility to engage with visitors of allages and backgrounds.Strong attention todetail and safety awareness.Physical abilityto stand for long periods, walk, and assist guests with physicalactivities.Flexibility to work on weekends,holidays, and during specialevents.
