The Role Job Overview: The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and play a critical role in driving Supergulp's brand awareness, building top-of-mind recognition, and strengthening brand equity within the rapidly expanding better-for-you product space. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Channels Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that leverages market insights, trends, and key events to increase Supergulp's brand visibility while optimizing costs. Hybrid Marketing (Offline & Online): Craft innovative and integrated marketing approaches across both offline (B2B retailers, cafes, supermarkets) and online channels to drive customer engagement, brand loyalty, and conversions.Special Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of unique marketing campaigns that capitalize on the growing better-for-you trend, driving significant growth and maximizing the brand's potential in untapped markets.Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Partnerships and other internal teams, fostering a seamless flow of ideas and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.
