To lead our retail marketing division, candidates should be able to :
Develop dynamic marketing strategies to achieve business plan, that also in line with brand marketing objectives and goals.Plan and execute marketing calendar on new product launches/seasonal/tactical promotions, as well as in-stores events and activities, to maximize sales opportunities. Responsible over A&P budgets across all brands objective, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.Track and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for future spend based on performance.Ensure effective execution and ROI of marketing activities that includes in-store display, POSM, strong brand presence at the store level and retail mailers.Ensure all retail stores visual merchandising is in line with brand primary & secondary focus, timely. Collaborate with cross-functional team, includes brand, marketing, designers, operations, related to all creations of marketing communication materials.Integrate marketing functions across ATL, BTL, PR, marketing comms, and retail marketingHave strong connections with shopping malls, medias and KOLs would be added advantage
Requirement
• A multitasker, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively within given deadlines and can adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and well-organised to execute designated marketing duties with good work quality and in timely manner.
• Good communication skills to establish good working relation with internal and external parties.
• A high dedicated team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in retail marketing related industry.
• Aware and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
