Job Description Oversee marketing functions for the organization.
Formulate annual marketing plan for the organization.Responsible for brand building and maintain high standard for Dunkin' image.Be the key contact person to liaise with brand principle on all marketing matters and update the management team on branding and marketing developments from brand principle.Direct and manage the production of all marketing materials for the brand and the company.Develop marketing strategies with clear objectives, targets and sales projection that are aligned with the company's overall growth strategies.Execute and manage each marketing campaign performance to ensure campaign's objectives and KPIs are met.Review and evaluate each marketing campaign and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement strategic tie-up with business partners, landlords or other organizations.Plan and coordinate Dunkin' advertising program.Manage social media platform & digital marketing Lead, coach and develop junior members of the marketing team.Manage any other marketing activities arising from time to time.Requirements Min. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalentHave at least five (5) years of working experience in the Marketing of F&B & Retailing Dedicated, proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.Pleasant disposition, self-motivator, a team player, and able to work under pressure.Demonstrate strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.Maintains confidentiality of all Company's trade secrets.Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.Strong PC skills including good knowledge in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator.Fluent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written).
