Job Summary: Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand image and power through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for developing corporate brand-building and marketing strategy for the company's specialization in industry.Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.To work with the management to develop a marketing & communication strategy for the corporate and ensure all aspects of the company's marketing and activities align with ethos and goals of the brand.Work closely with oversea principal for promoting each principal brand/ product. Getting A&P budget support from principal.Lead the implementation and management of creative marketing presentation and plans (i.e. social media content generation and management, company marketing material such as presentation, brochures, photos and websites)Developing and design high quality and effective creative marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.Work with advertising & promotion department for the development of relevant visual identity and branding materials to meet consumers' needs.Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost and mark up factors.Work closely with sales team towards building a market leading brands by bringing added value to customers and implement leading-edge business practice.Monitor, analyse and leverage market trends, consumer behaviour and competitors information to deliver effective trade marketing activities based on understanding of products, target customer groups, etc.,Develop, manage and monitor the execution of above the line marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities, including in-store promotional initiatives.Partner with internal stakeholders in aligning marketing initiatives and sales priorities / activities to ensure holistic integration of efforts to meet customers' needs.Set the creative direction for the brands and all aspects of the advertising production process by working closely with A&P team.Align with clients on agreed plans related to merchandising / planograms, trade promotions, in store execution, multiple points of purchase, point of sale materials, etc.,To perform other ad-hoc tasks from time to time assigned by superior. Qualification and Education Requirements: Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of working experience in managerial level and Brand Management.Preferable FMCG industry marketing experience. Preferred Skills: Computer literacy – Excel, Words, Power Points, POS System and etc.Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires deal with mandarin speaking suppliers/ vendors.Experience in developing strong cross-functional relationships.Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs.Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.Results-oriented, resourceful, independent, dynamic.Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of organization.Manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.Ability to be highly organized yet adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities both quickly and effectively.Candidate willing to work at Shah Alam Seksyen 22 / Bukit Jalil
