Marketing Manager (Oldtown White Coffee)

Job Context The Marketing Manager, MY reports to the Head of Brand & Marketing, MY (F&B) and is based in Malaysia.The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading menu development and revamp initiatives, driving national campaigns, providing HQ support for creative requests, and managing local store marketing (LSM) efforts. This role is crucial for ensuring menu offerings meet customer preferences and for executing impactful national marketing campaigns. Goal and Key Accountabilities To enhance the company's menu offerings and drive impactful national marketing campaigns that boost sales and customer engagement while supporting local store marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales at individual locations. Responsibilities/Key Activities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and growth.Lead creative marketing campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships to boost sales and brand loyalty.Oversee the launch of new outlets, menus, and promotional events to attract customers.Analyse marketing performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.Create and manage marketing campaigns, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes and reaching target audiences effectively.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand strategy into marketing, communications, and product development initiatives.Manage budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment for brand initiatives.Create, manage, and implement all-encompassing PR and marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenue, generate foot traffic, build awareness and create user-generated content.Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company
