Marketing Officer

Responsibilities: Answer to customerinquiries. Maintain relationships withcustomers. Prepare costings and quotations forcustomers. Prepare all documents related, forexample: delivery orders, invoices, and proformainvoices. Liaise with production on the statusof the order and customer's stock in the warehouse.Liaise with purchasing in purchasing thematerials. Liaise with R&D in terms ofnew product design and costings. Assistmarketing staff and manager as necessary at any phase of sales plusmarketing efforts. Requirements: A bachelor's degree inmarketing, business administration, communication, or relatedqualification. Previous experience inmarketing, customer service, sales, or similar roles.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Excellent organizational and time-managementskills. Outstanding communication andinterpersonal abilities. Outstandingcommunication and people skills. A team playerwith a customer-oriented approach.
