Job Scope: Marketing & Sales Admin Executive Key Responsibilities: Sales: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for potential clients.Persuasively present product offerings and close deals.Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and excellent after-sales service.Efficiently collect payments from clients. Marketing: Develop high-quality content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media posts.Manage and maintain active social media accounts .Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.Create and edit engaging videos for various platforms, such as product demos and company updates.Edit and optimize product photos for online and offline marketing materials.Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).Contribute to brand building initiatives and maintain brand consistency.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Requirements: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaking skills are highly valued due to the language preference of your supervisor).At least SPM graduate.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing (preferred but not required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).A valid driving license and own transportation.Positive attitude and a passion for sales and marketing.Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
