Qualifications & experience: SPM graduates with minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales or marketing relating to building materials or construction.Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Advertising/ Media, or related disciplines is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Creative and innovative thinking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Tasks & responsibilities:
Compiling Data: Identify, categorize, and manage a list of businesses requiring the use of waterproofing and construction sealant products and services.
Social Media Management & Content Creation: Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media. Generate interesting and relevant content to promote brand presence on online platforms including social media and website
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market pricing. Identify opportunities and challenges for the company.
Customer Acquisition: Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Understand customer needs and identifying sales opportunities and follow up with customer to place orders.
Target Market / Customer: Waterproofing applicators / specialistsKitchen and Sanitaryware suppliers / trading shopsBathroom and Kitchen solution providersFloor and wall tile (Jubin) shops / installers
