As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and results-orientedMarketing & Sales Executiveto join our dynamic team.
Working Hours:5-day work week (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth across all revenue channels, including in-store retail, catering, wholesale, events, and merchandise.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business through exceptional account management.
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans covering both online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the Retail Director to align marketing strategies with retail goals and initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including social media and content creation.
Oversee offline marketing efforts, such as print advertising, events, sponsorships, and promotional materials.
Event Management:
Collaborate with the operations team to organize and execute in-store and external events, ensuring seamless logistics and memorable customer experiences.
Represent Just Bread at industry events, expos, and community activities to grow the brand's network.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Work closely with the team to develop innovative customer engagement initiatives.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Track and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities to management.
Budget and Vendor Management:
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writingMandarin(required to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and content marketing.
Creativity and an eye for design to guide the creation of marketing materials.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
