Overview of the Position: This role is responsible to oversee the sales performance of designated products and establish annual sales forecasts. Track and evaluate sales trends for assigned products, and generate accurate promotional forecasts on a quarterly basis.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Product Education Organize and conduct product seminars. Create digital marketing content for Facebook posts. Develop educational tools such as booklets, training materials, videos, and other resources. Respond to and address product inquiries. Product Sales Performance Analysis Monitor and analyse the sales performance of assigned products, comparing it against monthly sales forecasts.Initiate product training, promotions, or other activities to boost sales of assigned products. Gathering Field Intelligence Collect feedback and testimonials on both existing and new products from the market.Obtain information on market trends and competitor activities that could impact the organizations sales performance. Market Research Assist the Product Development team with market research for new or existing products as needed. Additional Duties Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of working experience in marketing.Experience in product marketing/management.Experience organizing product launches, product training and driving promotions.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skillsRemuneration Executive : RM 3500-RM4300
