Job Summary:
The Marketing Senior Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role involves creating compelling video content for social media, conducting market research, designing marketing materials, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media and Content Creation
•Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
•Create engaging video content, posts, and stories for social media platforms.
•Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner.
2. Market Research and Analysis
•Conduct market research to understand the preferences and behaviors of the new generation of customers.
•Prepare reports and presentations on research findings to inform marketing strategies.
3. Marketing Campaigns
•Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, special offers, and seasonal events.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
•Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
4. Design and Branding:
•Create visually appealing designs for posters, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.
•Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and convey the desired message.
•Work with external vendors as needed to produce high-quality marketing assets.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
•Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques.
•Participate in company events and promotions as needed.
•Assist with other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience: More than 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation. Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
