Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness for the dealership.Develop and oversee campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, print, and events.Digital Marketing Management:Manage the dealership's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for SEO.Create and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, including Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.Analyze digital campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Content Creation and Management:Develop engaging marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and effective marketing assets.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the EV market.Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.Event Coordination:Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and dealership open houses.Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to sponsor or participate in community events.Customer Relationship Management:Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.Manage and nurture relationships with current and potential customers through targeted marketing efforts.Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.Monitor expenses and adjust plans as needed to stay within budget.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.Skills:Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).Preferred: Experience with the electric vehicle market and understanding of EV-specific marketing strategies.Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Personal Attributes: Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
