About our client Our client is currently expanding their medical devices business in Malaysia. As Medical Sales Manager, this role involves in promoting and selling the medical solutions, including diagnostic imaging AI, PACS, X-Ray, CT and mammography system to healthcare providers and facilities
Job Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities within the medical sector and drive expansion efforts across MalaysiaDevelop and implement sales strategies tailored to Malaysia market, specifically targeting hospitals, clinics, and imaging centersEstablish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors/ strategic partners, and key opinion leaders in the industryDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of our medical AI solutions, including their clinical benefits and technical specificationsConduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning, providing feedback to the product and marketing teamsTrack sales activities, prepare forecasts, and generate reports to measure sales performance and market penetration Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or any related fieldMin 3-5 years in medical device sales, preferably with experience in imaging or diagnostic equipmentFamiliarity with Malaysia healthcare landscape, including MDA regulatory processes and purchasing cycles in hospitals and clinicsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust with clients Flexibility to travel within Malaysia to meet clients and attend industry events as requiredMust able to read, write, and speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu Job Details: Permanent employmentWorking hours : Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)Insurance (upon confirmation) Qualified and interested candidates may apply online or email your updated resume to siti(at)talentrecruit.com.my.
