In the Merchant Success Manager role, you'd be responsible for driving the success of our customers through using the StoreHub platform effectively and maximising on our robust features to guarantee they get the most value.
You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry.
But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge.
So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.
What you will do: Work with merchants to drive revenue and ensure operational excellence in their business Educate merchants on StoreHub features, promotional campaigns, and market insights Build long lasting relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors Negotiate deals with merchants and work with the marketing team to develop matching initiatives to boost revenue Manage multiple projects at a time, delivering outcomes according to deadlines, while ensuring excellent quality standards are met Be the focal point for merchant inquiries and take ownership of their requests/issues by working with different departments i.e.
customer care, onboarding, and product to ensure satisfaction and merchant retention Share challenges and ideas openly to ensure that the team is up to date and constantly improving performance What you'll need to have: Experience of 1 to 3 years in roles related to Key Account, Merchandising, Retail Business, Business Development A BIG passion for helping small businesses Lots of self-drive with the motivation and desire to succeed Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Strong conversational and rapport-building skills Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders while presenting both over the phone and in person Good command of English and/or Bahasa/Mandarin Knowledge using G-suite and basic Excel What makes working at StoreHub awesome (and refreshing!
