Our client "AT Global Advisory" is seeking a Mobile Marketing Manager to join their company! What you'll be doing? Manage and support various mobile marketing channels for different regions, including SMS, WhatsApp, Live Chat, Chatbots, Telegram, etc Promote mobile app by marketing campaigns on IOS / Android Work closely with third-party vendors to communicate campaigns and outline milestone dates Collaborate with internal business partners and information service resources to align and enable mobile and app platforms and customer experience Identify, negotiate and execute multiple marketing initiatives to meet best practice experience, sales growth, and retention targets Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for all mobile and app marketing platforms, track results for all efforts and create consistent reporting and recommendations based on this analysis Come up with new and innovative ideas for adoption marketing Work cross functionally to evangelize mobile, from product to sales to customer success Mine and analyze data to identify top customers Ensure that there are clear success metrics for the campaigns and actively assesses against this Develop a deep understanding of customers, the competitive landscape, and our offerings, to create a strategy for driving persuasion and to support expression of unique value propositions
Who?are?they?looking?for? Possess Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills Strong quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to use numbers and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes Outgoing and presentable
