Job Description1) Function as a single point of contact from pre-order, order fulfilment and providing post-sales support for StarHub's Managed Accounts (this would include creation of quotation, orders, service requests, trouble tickets, scheduling deliveries etc.
unless otherwise specified)2) Ensure high level of customer experience through excellent sales/after sales support3) Liaise directly with customers on any customers' queries/issues and product enquiries4) Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by liaising closely with respective Account Managers5) Keeping abreast of new/existing product knowledge, recommends product or service enhancements to improve customers' satisfaction6) Build and maintain relationships with customers7) Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers' feedback in a timely manner8) Raise waivers or credit notes for customer dispute cases9) Maintain accurate and timely records of manual billings (e.g.
Tech Fund, ETC Buyout, Rebates) if any10) Guiding of customers in navigating through StarHub's self-service digital touchpoints (where applicable) 11) Monitoring of customer's orders and enquiries (disputes, faults etc.)
and follow them through to completion and/or resolution12) Assess customers' needs, provides information and assistance on product features and/or customers' queries13) Provide information regarding each product and any discount offers associated with it14) Process ETC Buyouts, Rebates15) Derive customized reports upon customers' request which information is not readily in current reports (if any)16) Attend kick off meeting for bulk or complex deals17) Plan and execute bulk deployment: a.
