Mould Design Engineer

Job Descriptions
Responsible to design & create 3D CAD model, 2D component & assembly drawings.
Manage relationships with external mould suppliers and vendors, ensuring that moulds meet quality standards and delivery schedules through e-mail or zoom meeting.
Preparation of DFM + Mould Flow Analysis for new project to rectify mould design in optimal condition.
Work closely with project engineers, manufacturing teams, and customers to understand design requirements and constraints.
Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues during mould development and production.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Requirements
Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Tool & Die Design or Mechanical Engineering, or certifications in mould design or manufacturing are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in mould design, development, and project management within the plastic injection moulding industry.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX Uni-Graphics (UG), AutoCAD).
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
