Myra Intern (Talent & Culture)

As Myra's Culture Intern, you'll be getting 360 degree experience in the world of property, employee performance managing, recruitment, and a little bit of event managing.

At the moment, we are looking for interns in 2 key areas :

1. Recruitment



-Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.


-Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand through social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.


-Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment-related reports.

2. Engagement



-Contribute to the development of the company's culture and values through data gathering and analysis.


-Increase employee engagement and awareness of company values through the execution of internal campaigns and events.


-Assist in hosting company events like sports clubs, dinners, Townhalls, and conferences.
