Your roles and responsibilities:
? Development on the following:
o New applications or new features to existing applications.
o Applications in accordance to organisation-established standards, architecture and practices.
? Collaboration with:
o Solution Architecture to apply frameworks, patterns, and new technologies in application.
o Technical Support to analyse, troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
o Quality Control to ensure rectification of defects and closure of software bugs.
o Database Administration to ensure well-optimised database designs and queries.
o Infrastructure division/customers to ensure successful deployment and configuration of applications.
? Produce well-organised, optimised, documented and version-controlled source code.
? Perform rigorous unit testing on developed code to meet quality metrics.
? Maintain and support existing applications.
? Debug and fix code issues.
? Participate in requirement specifications, design, testing and implementation.
? Adapt to different software development methodologies.
? Continuously improve technical knowledge to improve job performance.
What we need from you:
? At least 3 years of working experience in web application development using ASP.NET.
? Good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
? Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
? Personality traits - pleasant personality, good attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous, result-oriented, responsible, independent, trustworthy, ethical, problem solving and team player.
? Technical knowledge - Visual Studio, the C# programming language, Object- Oriented Programming, T-SQL.
? Experience in MSMQ, ASMX Web Services, WCF and REST is an added advantage.
? Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
? Good attitude with the passion and willingness to pick-up new technologies.
? Possess Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Computer), Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
