Summary of main purpose of this job: Information technology provides hardware and software support including monitoring, maintaining computer systems on the network of all types of organizations.
Training users, configuring hardware and software, solving technical problems and to ensure all company-wide hardware systems run smoothly.
Assist users on computer usage and upkeep all systems/IT information records of the company.
Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc. : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Required skill(s): User Administration in SAP S/4 HANA, Network, Microsoft Server , VMware Virtualisation, O365Minimum experience 2-4 year(s) in related field is required for this position. Age range between 28 - 45 years old.Have a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and initiative towards problem solving. Preferably having knowledge of operating systems Windows 10/11 and Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus , Microsoft Teams, online communication and general knowledge of cybersecurity.Able to customise web technology and maintenance of database.Process skills in Photoshop, design of eGreeting and development of website would be an added advantage.Knowledge of HP server & storage, Windows Server, Mail Server must be required.Able to build and setup computer hardware with extensive knowledge on spare parts.Cloud-based and storage of QNAP/ Synology setup and maintenance.Backup software of VEEAM and Acronis skills would essential.Skills on cabling and network troubleshooting on use of Network Core Switch, Router, WIFI Router, IP Camera , firewall and anti-spamming gateway.Has some basic knowledge on handling of barcode printer and scanner/portable scanner.Candidates from manufacturing background are highly preferred.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (English/Bahasa Malaysia).Good analytical and problem solving skills.Applicant must be Malaysian Citizen.
