Network Technical Support

a) Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed. b) Install/maintain and support network element including wired and wireless network component. c) Diagnosing network problems such as signal loss due to interference or faulty wiring. d) Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting networks, including LANs (local area networks) and WANs (wide area networks). e) Setting up networks using routers, switches, firewalls, modems, or other hardware devices. f) Supervise on site preparation work including civil mechanical electrical works. g) Providing technical assistance to the customer support team promptly. h) Updating the resolution progress and details to the customer support team to provide the latest information to the reported subscriber. i) Handling escalated customers' complaints responsively and thoroughly until the issue is addressed. j) Providing the suggestion in policies and procedures of the department, especially related to the efficient end-to-end support flow. k) Installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment, such as routers, switches, modems, computers, and other hardwareWe are a group of passionate & enterprising professionals with vast experience in the Telecommunications industry who are determined to reFRESH our customers expectations of what an Internet experience can be!
