Nutrition Chef

Nutrition Chef**Responsibilities**:- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for our guests in accordance to our health and nutrition guidelines- Source fresh, locally-sourced ingredients for the kitchen- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times- Keep detailed records of food costs and inventory- Provide regular menu updates to reflect current trends and customer preferences**Requirements**:- At least 1 years of experience as a chef or in a related cooking role- Working knowledge of health-based diets, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free- Knowledge of food safety regulations- Ability to manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and training- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new recipes- Strong organizational and time-management skills- A passion for healthy cooking and providing guests with delicious and nutritious meals**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)Expected Start Date: 07/24/2023
