Location, hours and remuneration: ? ?Location: Pangsapuri Blok 1 & 3 Taman Bukit Cheras? ?Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM? ?Salary: RM 1800, increasing to RM 2000 upon confirmation, plus EPF, SOCSO, OT Job Responsibilities: 1.? ?General Office Management: ? ?Respond to and manage physical and email correspondence.? ??Purchase and manage maintenance supplies.? ??Handle the filing of documents and records.? ??Address ad-hoc issues and source for additional workers as needed. 2.? ?Financial Duties: ? ?Collect maintenance fees and issue official receipts.? ??Prepare and generate monthly statements of account.? ??Prepare payment vouchers for claims and invoices.? ??Manage cash collections and prepare them for banking.? ??Assist with the preparation of payroll. 3.? ?Resident Services: ? ??Register unit owners into the Condo-Master portal.? ??Handle inquiries. 4.? ?Maintenance and Upkeep: ? ?Monitor and supervise the work of cleaners and maintenance staff, including grass cutting and rubbish collection (domestic and bulk waste).? ??Conduct regular rounds of two apartment blocks.? ?Follow up on lift maintenance and pest control services.? ?Ensure timely resolution of any maintenance issues. Requirements: ? ?Nationality: Malaysian or Permanent Resident.? ??Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.? ??Willing to attend to ad-hoc matters outside of office hours.? ??Previous experience in office administration or property management is preferred.? ??Good communication and organisational skills.? ??Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
