As an Office Assistant at Unimatex Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. This full-time position is based in Ipoh, Perak and involves a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to ensure the efficient functioning of our office.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
Handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining filing systems
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Providing support for various projects and events as required
Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
