Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and energetic Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office in George Town, Penang, MY.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative duties, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Supervise and support office staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Handle budgeting and expense tracking for office operations
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Energetic and passionate individual with a positive attitude
- Strong people management and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
