### Job Description:
Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Office Manager** to join our remote team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, ensuring seamless operations and communication, and supporting the administrative needs of our team. As a key member of our virtual office environment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our productivity and facilitating efficient workflows.
### Responsibilities:
1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, and coordinating virtual events.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring accurate documentation for auditing purposes.
2. **Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, assisting with project coordination and information sharing.
- Draft and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
3. **Time Management:**
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and initiatives.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively among team members to optimize workflow.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with team members as needed.
4. **Resource Management:**
- Identify office needs and order supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of remote work environments.
- Manage budgets for office operations, expenses, and supplies, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Research and implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity.
5. **Training & Development:**
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and capabilities.
- Support onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring they have the resources and information needed for success.
6. **Policy Implementation:**
- Assist in developing and maintaining office policies and procedures, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and organized virtual working environment.
### Requirements:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, project management, or a related administrative role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.).
- **Personality Traits**:
