JOB OVERALL PURPOSE
-To assist in the process of all wages of Foreign Workers including casual workers and ensure monthly payroll deadlines are met
-To perform all duties in human resources administration functions assigned by the immediate superior and any other companies of the UOA Group
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-To calculate all monthly timesheets of Foreign Workers.
-To compute the wages in excel format for project apportionment.
-To generate final wages in Easypay and prepare payment vouchers for approval.
-To calculate wages for resigned workers and ensure the submissions of timesheets are in time.
-To check and verify flight ticket for resigned workers with travel agent and issue check-out-memo to Immigration.
-To calculate wages for foreign workers who wish to return home for holiday and issue letters to Immigration.
-To update and delete data of new and old workers in Excel and Easypay.
-To update SKHPPA, advances and personal loans schedules for monthly deduction of wages.
-To submit monthly report of turnover of wages and headcounts to HOD.
-To generate and check monthly handpunch records with adding calculation formula for salary calculation.
-To check and verify Annual leave, Medical Leave and Medical Claim for all Foreign Workers.
-To monitor of both PCB and SOCSO contributions for all Foreign Workers.
-To maintain database system of all Foreign Workers in excel format from time to time.

; Requirements:- • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar field is required.
• Computer literate and good in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organization with attention to detail, good team player with a positive working attitude.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and able to multi-task.
