Job ResponsibilitiesPerform House Key Handover to customers
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, etc.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
Report to facilities and maintenance manager for issues
Job RequirementsPossess a certificate in technical from recognized higher learning institutions
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
Hands-on experience in repairing and maintenance
Willing to work in Tapah, Perak
