### Job Description:
Petronas is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position requires an individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently while contributing to our collaborative environment. ### Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal and external communications.
- **Documentation Management:** Ensure that all company documents are organized, accurately filed, and easily retrievable. This includes handling sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
- **Project Coordination:** Assist in coordinating various projects by tracking deadlines, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
- **Data Entry and Analysis:** Manage and input data into various systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Help analyze data for reporting purposes and decision-making.
- **Communication Liaison:** Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication between departments and managing requests or queries effectively.
- **Research and Report Preparation:** Conduct research as needed and prepare reports or presentations for management, summarizing findings and suggesting actionable insights.
- **Technology Utilization:** Leverage online tools and platforms to enhance productivity and streamline administrative processes. Stay updated with new technology trends that could benefit the team.
- **Expense Management:** Assist with processing invoices and expense reports, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
- **Event Coordination:** Help organize and coordinate company events, including meetings, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring smooth execution.

### Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
- **Personality Traits:** Must be hardworking, resilient, and committed to maintaining high standards in work quality.
